2. The owner of riparian land adjacent to water property or another person authorized by the latter may, without the authorization of the Minister, occupy free of charge that part of the water property fronting the owner’s land to install a platform on piles or a floating platform with a movable anchor or a boathouse on piles, provided that its area does not exceed 20 m2 and it does not occupy more than 1/10 of the width of the bed of the watercourse at that location.
